Seeking a VP of Enterprise Architect with 5–10 years of experience in leading a team in the Enterprise Architecture space, specializing in enterprise architecture, and full lifecycle implementations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of evaluating technologies and integrating them into operations, overseeing architecture roadmaps, budgets, and headcounts, and leading high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic road mapping, planning and development are essential. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Technology or a related field is required,
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with IT management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures.
- Develop and maintain current and planned state architectural blueprints.
- Develop and maintain an aspirational architectural road map for the enterprise.
- Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies.
- Gain organizational commitment for enterprise level architecture and infrastructure initiatives
- Provide architectural direction to Enterprise Architects, Business Architects and Solution Architects.
- Develop architectural metrics and reports for the executive team, business and IT management
- Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
Innovation Leadership
Foster innovation and continuous improvement, leading Architecture practice and the adoption of supporting methodologies
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that drive competitive advantage.
Technology Discovery
- Conduct ongoing research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate potential technology partners and solutions to enhance business capabilities.
Business Coordination
- Collaborate with business units during the project intake process to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Vision Alignment
- Ensure that the technology strategy aligns with the overall business vision and goals.
- Develop and communicate a clear technology roadmap that supports business priorities.
Strategic Planning
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to integrate technology considerations into business planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on technology investments and priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with customer needs and market demands.
- Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure the integrity and security of technology solutions.
Performance Metrics
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives on business outcomes.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.

- Onsite interview is required, Will pay for an onsite interview
- Hybrid 4 days a week 1 remote
- Must be able to get in the weeds and help the team out if needed
- Salary $200k to $215K
- Bonus 15% at the end of the year
