- Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), CM (Contract Manufacturing), or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
- Strong emphasis on PCB/PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) in their leadership experience.
Responsibilities: Six Sigma Black Belt certification by a recognized and/or accredited organization is a MUST for this position!
- Completes long-range planning in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Manages site in a manner that reduces operating cost, increases revenue and exceeds customer expectation.
- Pursues new customer and business expansions opportunities.
- Responsible for employee discipline and morale.
- Supports corporate and senior staff in establishing policies and procedures and ensure implementation at the site.
- Provides quarterly business and capital investment forecasts.

- Supports human development programs for site team members.

Education:

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification by a recognized and/or accredited organization (e.g., Shingo Prize, SME, ASQ, ASU, Villanova U, etc.).
Salary Compensation: $181,000 - $200,000 + bonus + stock options
