Experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of field projects from start to finish. This person will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing large-scale civil projects
- In depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with construction/project management software - Procore.
- Foundation, Bid 2 Win and Trimble is a plus
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall planning and coordination of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Determine the resources needed (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, compliance with regulations, and quality control standards
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
- Plan all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and provide guidance when needed
- Provide regular updates to senior management, architects and owners on project status and progress
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues
