Qualified candidates should have significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions including: negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents.
Ideal candidates will have considerable experience leading due diligence teams, coordinating with specialists and managing matters with minimal supervision. Excellent academic performance, superb communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment required.
