Seeking an experienced finance attorney for clients Finance & Restructuring group with six or more years of experience to join the Dallas office. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions.

Qualified Candidates Will Have
 

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
• At least six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm;
• Texas bar admission;
• Strong communication and writing skills; and
• Top academic credentials.
