Seeking a senior attorney with commercial real estate finance experience, including lender and borrower side transactions.   Experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity and joint ventures is a plus.  Bar admission in MD.  Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate directly with clients required.  Competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
